Auto Order Cohort Report
The Auto Order Cohort Report strives to give you critical information about your auto order subscriptions.
Summary Sheet
The first sheet in the report will summarize each of the items that you have on auto order. For each item the following statistics are calculated:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Item ID | The item id that is on subscription |
Cumulative | Link to a sheet to show a cumulative view of this item |
Monthly | Link to show the first 12 months of performance for this item. |
Churn | Link to show the first 12 months of churn for this item. |
Total Customers | How many customers subscribed to this item. |
Active Customers | How many customers are still active on this item. |
Total Original Revenue | The total revenue associated with the original order for this item. |
Total Rebill Revenue | The amount of rebill revenue received from this item. |
Total Revenue | A combination of the original and rebill revenue. |
Active Percentage | The percent of customers that are still active on this subscription item. |
Average LTV First 100 Days | The average LTV of the customer after 100 days. This is typically the amount of time merchants use to calculate the amount they can afford to spend on marketing the item. |
Cumulative View
Within the Cumulative View of Each Item are the following statistics
Column | Description |

Cohort | The month that the customers were acquired for this item. |
Average Lifetime Value | The average LTV for customers acquired during this monthly cohort. |
Average Rebill Revenue | The average amount of rebill revenue earned. |
Total Original Revenue | Revenue from the original same across all customers in the cohort |
Total Rebill Revenue | Rebill revenue across all customers in the cohort |
Total Customers | Total customers that subscribed to this item within the monthly cohort. |
Active Customers | The number of customers from this cohort that are still active on this subscription item. |
Cumulative Month # | The amount of revenue that has accumulated since the original purchase and this month. |
Monthly View
Within the Monthly View of Each Item are the following statistics

Cohort | The month that the customers were acquired for this item. |
Average Lifetime Value | The average LTV for customers acquired during this monthly cohort. |
Average Rebill Revenue | The average amount of rebill revenue earned. |
Total Original Revenue | Revenue from the original same across all customers in the cohort |
Total Rebill Revenue | Rebill revenue across all customers in the cohort |
Total Customers | Total customers that subscribed to this item within the monthly cohort. |
Active Customers | The number of customers from this cohort that are still active on this subscription item. |
Month # | The amount of revenue that has was generated in the month since the original purchase. Month zero contains the original purchase. |

Total Original Revenue | Revenue from the original same across all customers in the cohort |
Total Rebill Revenue | Rebill revenue across all customers in the cohort |
Total Customers | Total customers that subscribed to this item within the monthly cohort. |
Active Customers | The number of customers from this cohort that are still active on this subscription item. |
Active Month # | The percentage of customers that are still active within this month. As the months progress you can gauge the drop off in subscribers and the overall retention for a cohort at key intervals like 3, 6 or 12 months. |
