Report Structure

This report is dynamically structured with a dedicated tab for each item enrolled in your auto-order program.

Items

Each item presents a table where each row represents a distinct month of rebill activity. The number of rows in an item's tab is determined by the longest active rebill customer for that specific item. For example, if your most loyal customer for "Super Supplement" has been on rebill for 12 months, the "Super Supplement" tab will display 12 rows of data, one for each month.

Columns (Applies to Each Item Tab)

Each item tab includes the following columns, providing comprehensive data on its rebill performance:

  • Age (Months): This indicates the month number of rebill activity, starting at 1 for the first month of a subscription. The rows extend up to the longest active rebill duration for that item.

  • Customers: The number of customers who are still actively rebilling for this item in the given month. This metric is key to understanding customer retention.

  • $ Net During Month: The net revenue (gross sales minus refunds) collected specifically from rebills during the reported month.

  • $ Net Through Month: The cumulative net revenue from rebills for the current month and all previous months combined. This shows the total net value generated by the item up to that point.

  • Avg. Customer Value: The average revenue generated per original customer for this item by the given month. This is calculated by dividing $ Net Through Month by the total number of customers who originally subscribed to this item.

  • Number of Rebills During Month: The total count of recurring orders processed for the item within the specified month.

  • $ Rebilled During Month: The gross revenue (before any refunds are deducted) from rebills during the specified month.

  • No. Rebills Through Month: The cumulative number of rebills processed for the item from month 1 through the current month.

  • $ Rebilled Through Month: The cumulative gross revenue from rebills for the item from month 1 through the current month.

  • No. Refunds During Month: The number of refunds processed for this item's rebills during the specified month.

  • $ Refunded During Month: The total monetary amount refunded for this item's rebills during the specified month.

  • No. Refunds Through Month: The cumulative number of refunds processed for this item's rebills from month 1 through the current month.

  • $ Refunded Through Month: The cumulative total amount refunded for this item's rebills from month 1 through the current month.

  • Analyze Revenue Trends: Monitor the financial performance of each auto-order item, understanding its profitability and cash flow month by month.

  • Identify Refund Patterns: Pinpoint specific months where refund rates or amounts are higher, helping you investigate potential issues with product quality, customer satisfaction, or billing cycles.

  • Assess Long-Term Value: Metrics like Avg. Customer Value and $ Net Through Month are crucial for determining the long-term profitability and success of each subscription item.
