What is the Auto Order Problem Items Report?

The Auto Order Problem Items Report helps businesses identify auto-order subscriptions that have failed or encountered issues. How it Works

The report is presented in a single tab, with each row representing an individual auto-order subscription that has an active issue.

Key Information Provided:

  • Original Order ID: The unique identifier for the initial order that established the auto-order subscription.

  • Next Attempt: The date when UltraCart will next attempt to process the auto-order.

  • Failure Reason: A description of why the auto-order failed (e.g., "card declined," "invalid shipping address," "configuration error").

  • Most Recent Rebill: The date of the last attempt to rebill the auto-order, whether successful or not.

  • Edit: A direct link to the order's management page within UltraCart, enabling you to quickly access and modify the auto-order settings.
