As you begin setting up your UltraCart account, you'll notice the platform offers a wide range of features and options. Don't feel pressured to configure everything at once. It's perfectly fine to leave non-required fields blank as you get started. Our goal at UltraCart has always been to provide a comprehensive suite of tools and features, often at no additional charge, to empower your growth and success. We view our relationship with you as a partnership, striving to be a foundation for your success.

We value your feedback and have integrated feedback areas throughout our documentation. You can also use the Case system to submit questions or challenges directly to the UltraCart team. Your input is crucial and is discussed by the relevant teams internally.

Free support is provided throughout your 30-day trial period and continues after your store is live. We can assist you with various tasks, including setting up digital delivery content, creating email campaigns, configuring coupon codes, and much more.
