Change Shipment Report

The auto order Change Shipment Report is a two-tab report designed to track all modifications made to auto order shipments. This report helps businesses monitor and analyze adjustments to their subscription shipments, providing valuable insights into operational changes.

Run Report

Select Date Range then click Generate Report.

Select the Date Range for the report then click the Generate Report button.

Report Tabs and Columns

The report is divided into two tabs, each presenting different aspects of your shipment change data:

Day of Month Tab

The Day of Month tab provides a summarized view of shipment changes based on the day they occurred.

Day of Month: The specific day of the month when a shipment change was logged.
Cnt: The total count of shipment changes that occurred on that particular day.

Details Tab

The Details tab offers granular information for each individual shipment change.

Auto Order Code: The unique identifier for the subscription (auto order) to which the shipment change pertains.
Original Order ID: The linked order number associated with the shipment that was modified.
Log DTS: The date and time (DTS - Date/Time Stamp) when the shipment change was recorded in the system.
Log Message: A descriptive message detailing the nature of the shipment change that occurred.
