Overview
The User Searches report provides a list of the user searches, with the following columns:
- Description
- Search Count
- Average Result Count
This list shows you the searches that customers are performing on your website. If you see an interesting search that produced no search results, you may need to increase the content of your items so that customers can find what they are looking for.
Navigation
Operations → Reporting → ("Reports" section) → User Searches
Running the Report
Upon navigating to the User Searches report page the report will be immediately displayed in the page (its not a downloadable report):
