Steps to Creating a Customer profile from a placed order
Locate the order using the "View all orders (in any stage)" or "Find Orders" widget on the Home page.
Once you are viewing the order (in the full page view, not in the search results view), browse over the "Tools" menu option:
Click the "Establish Customer Profile":
The Customer Profile editor will open populated with the customer details from the order.
Review the details and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the save button.
Congratulations! You've just created the customer profile.
