If you are a merchant that offers order pickup, you can configure the a pickup location with available pickup days and pickup schedule. You’ll configure the pickup details within the shipping Distribution Center Editor.

Configuration of Pickup Times

You’ll configure the following details for the pick up location:

1. Timezone - Set the timezone.

2. Min. of lead time - Determines how much time is required to fulfill the pickup request.

3. Pickup Interval (Minutes) - This determine presentation of selectable pickup times.

4. Phone Number - Provided to the customer for calling ahead to arrange their pickup.

5. Schedule days and hours of pickup - Define the available days of pickup and the hours pickup is available.
   About Schedule: Time each day that orders may be picked up. This information will be used to calculate the pickup day/time. The default timezone is US/Eastern.
   *If you only allow pickups on certain days of the week, fill out cut-off times for those days and leave all the other days blank.)

Question: Can I have multiple pickup locations?
Answer: Yes, you can add additional shipping distribution centers and then configure the pickup time tab in the distribution center editor.
