Order Management Auto Order Tools

About

Auto order tools allow you to manage Auto Orders in batch quantities. Use this to post pone active auto orders from processing. This feature can be useful in situations where an auto order item is temporarily out of stock or otherwise unable to process on their current rebill schedule.

USER PERMISSION REQUIRED

To access this feature a user must have the ‘Postpone Auto Orders’ user permission enabled.

Configuring

Navigate to the Order Management Page then in the ‘Tools' section, click the 'Postpone Auto Orders’ button:

 

Auto Order Tools - Use this to pause auto orders in batches.

The Postpone Auto Orders tool provides an option to postpone a set of auto orders based on the auto order itemID(s) and optionally by specific sets of orderId’s (using the original orderID of the auto order record.)

The run the tool, you’ll need to configure all of the required fields ('[required]'), and any optional details as desired.

  1. Enter the itemID(s) of the auto order items that you wish to postpone. REQUIRED

  2. Optionally, enter specific orderIDs, if you are only wanting to pause specific auto orders for the specified items.

  3. Next, in the ‘If Next Shipment Date is before’ enter the date in 'MM/DD/YYYY format. REQUIRED
    This must be a future date! This date identifies the scheduled auto orders that should be postponed.

  4. In the 'DelayUntil (date), enter the date that these postponed auto orders will resume. REQUIRED

  5. In ’Preshipment Notice []' (Days Before ) - use this if you wish to schedule a Preshipment Notice.
