Introduction

The Held Orders section of order management is a place where merchants can park orders for any reason they deem necessary. Besides being a distinct stage for orders to be placed in, the Held Orders section has no meaning to the UltraCart system other than how you choose to use it.

The Held Orders section is accessed via the menu entry shown below:

Moving an Order In to Held Orders

Within the order editor, click on the Other tab, select the new location and then click move as shown below.

Moving an Order Out of Held Orders

Click into the order by clicking the order id as shown below:

Then scroll down, select the new location, and then click on the Move button.
