First Things First

This is the first in a series of pages designed to help you setup your UltraCart account. 

Navigation: Main Menu → Home

On your home page you'll find a Getting Started widget that walks you through a basic configuration of your Ultracart Account:

The Getting Started widget presents a simple checklist of the areas that you'll configure in your UltraCart Account to take it live.
Note: After you have completed a specific section of the Getting Started wizard, you can click the checkbox nect to the section to mark it as completed. 

1. Begin by clicking the Manage Users button.
   This while take you to the Users and Permissions secion of the Account/Service Plan page.
   If you have additional users that will be accessing UltraCart, you should configure a user for each personing accessing UltraCart.
2. Next, click Website checkbox in the checklist, will present a prompt "How would you like to power your website with Ultracart?

Learning to navigate the UltraCart system may seem overwelming at first because you have so many options, so we will concentrate on just the areas you need to configure to get up and selling, You can always go back later and use more features:

1. Login to UltraCart
2. Find the Setup Checklist, it is one of the home page widgets (see image above)
3. Click on - "1. Navigating UltraCart"

Getting Help

The most important aspect of step 1 is learning where to get help. You may find answers in the UltraCart "help Doc" documentation, online forums, Emailing UltraCart Support, or by calling the free help line 209.383.9870 (M-F 8:30am-5pm Eastern).   Just a quick reminder that help links are at the top of our website pages.
