Contacting Sales / Professional Services

Numerous pages will refer to "contacting sales" for further help. Well, here's how:

Help from within UltraCart

When logged into the UltraCart Account, help options are available by clicking the Support link at the left of every page.

When clicked, the support window will expand to reveal your options.

Available Options

  • Open Case - This will take you to a new page with a form to submit a case directly from within your account.

  • Documentation - This will send you direct to our documentation.

  • Contact Us - This will open a page with our general support contact information.

Opening a Case

When opening a case via the back end form or via email, the case will be submitted to UltraCart and a reply email will be sent with a case number, the case number should look like the following #871433. There is currently no portal to view open cases from the merchant side.

Making Help Better

At the bottom of every page at docs.ultracart.com is a Comment area. Because of the third-party wiki we use for our documentation it will only allow you to comment as Anonymous. If you would like to be contacted about what you comment on please also add information for us to contact you or use the information above. Please comment on any page that you feel could be improved, we want UltraCart's documentation to be as extensive as the services we offer!
