Overview

The Email Temaplates section within Affiliate Management allows the merchant to define email templates that affiliates can use when marketing to their prospects.

From the Email Templates screen simply click new to define a new email template for the affiliates.

From the Email Template screen there are three main fields for Name, Subject, and Body. All three are required in order to create a new Email Template. An example of a complete email may look something like this:

This template is then provide to the affiliate from their dashboard so that they can use it when marketing to customers.

If you have an Email Template defined the affiliate will now see a new option from their dashboard.

By clicking on the Email Templates tools, the affiliate will be taken to a screen that allows them to see a full list of all the templates available to them.
