Frequently Asked Questions
Question: We are running into issues with the strict 1% SPAM threshold, so we are setting up the Storefront Communications to use mailgun as the email service. How does that affect my Storefront Communications plan?
Answer: Configuring mailgun as the email service will eliminate the strict 1% SPAM threshold (you are responsible for maintaining the reputation for your domain!), however the Communications plan you had prior to the switch to mailgun would still apply, since the Storefront Communications is still handling all the logic for managing the customers.
