Flows Public Library

Flows Available from the Public Library

There are a number of predefined flows available from the Public Library that can be used to facilitate automated email responses based on various situations and customer actions:

  • Abandon Cart:
A sample abandon cart flow that sends an initial email upon abandon and a follow up email three days later.

  • Auto Order Recovery:
Send your customer an email whenever their auto order is disabled. The customer will be presented a cart that contains their items so they can quickly restart their order in the future.

  • Encourage Item Review:
A sample flow to email the customer asking them to write a review. The flow waits three weeks after shipment before asking the customer. If they don't write a review, a follow up email is sent three days later.

  • Items Back In Stock:
Email the customer when an item comes back in stock. The email will contain a link to a pre-populated cart containing the item(s) that the customer can now purchase.

  • Recommend Replenishment:
Emails the customer when it's time to replenish their product. This flow is great for supplements that are consumed on a regular basis. The email will contain a pre-populated cart ready for the customer to click on and purchase.

  • Update Billing:
Send when the customer's payment declines and the order is sitting in Accounts Receivable. Encourages the customer to update their payment information. (The benefit of the flow is the ability to notify them multiple times with different verbiage and intervals in hopes that you can get the payment cured.)
