EDI: Viewing Documents Associated with an Order

UltraCart tracks the EDI documents sent/received for each order. When looking up the order under Operations → Order Management → View All Orders you see have an option on the tools menu under EDI → Document Archive if the order is associated with an EDI channel partner.

The document archive will tell you the direction, document type, group control number, and whether a functional acknowledgement was sent/received for that document. You can view and download any of the documents for further inspection to see what was sent/received.
