Also configure an UltraCart User that contains the same email address. This user can be without permissions provided its not a user that other users will be actively logging into. The messages will be sent to this email address, the messages do not appear within UltraCart back-end, sop make sure that this email is actively being monitored.

Q: Can configure multiple email addresses to receive the contact us form submissions?
A: Not within UltraCart. However, you should be able to configure email forwarding or CC additional addresses from your email server.
