Problem

UltraCart cannot reach your WishList Member server.

Solution

This error code is displayed when UltraCart cannot reach your WishList Member server – at all.  This means there is a problem with your server url, or a firewall issue, or a proxy problem.  

  1. Open up a web browser and enter the url you've provided UltraCart. It should open up to your Wordpress home page.
  2. If it does not you will need to work with your hosting company and resolve the issue.
  3. If your url starts with https://, try using http:// instead as a troubleshooting tactic.
