Answer: Items that are configured with a weight greater than zero ("0.00") will be treated as a shippable item and will present shipping related checkout sections to the customer ,and the placed order will move to the shipping department after the payment as has been processprocessed. To prevent your digitial digital items from appearin appearing in your shipping department, edit the digitia digitial delivery items and change their configured weight to "0.00". (You can search for and then update many items at once using the Batch Item Update tool.
