You can customize the content of the digital delivery email notification sent to the customer by selecting the "Digital Delivery" template from the drop down menu. This notification is sent out to the customer after the payment for their order has been processed. So orders that go into the "Pre-orders" and "Accounts Receivable" departments will not have sent the digital delivery notification.

Question: I am having my digitial downloas going into my shipping department, why?

Answer: Items that are configured with a weight greater than zero ("0.00") will be treated as a shippable item and will present shipping related checkout sections and the placed order will move to the shipping department after the payment as been process. To prevent your digitial items from appearin in your shipping department, edit the digitia delivery items and change their weight to "0.00".
