No Estimates For Shipping Method Reason: Disabled by merchant
Explanation: This shipping method is not enabled.
Solution: If you wish this shipping method to be enabled, turn it on.
Remediation Steps
Navigate to your shipping method:
Home → Configuration → Shipping Section
Click on the Methods tab.
Scroll down to the shipping method in question. It should show 'Yes' in the disabled column. Click the 'Enable' button.
