UltraCart’s enhanced package tracking system is designed to solve common problems with package tracking by unifying the customer experience, providing enhanced notifications, and enabling SMS communication.

Pricing

The tracking system comes in two different options:

  • Without SMS (3 cents/shipment)

  • With SMS (5 cents/shipment)

The service comes with a 14-day free trial so there is nothing to lose by learning how this new functionality can enhance your business.

New Functionality

The customer will receive three additional transactional notifications:

  • Expected delivery

  • Out for delivery

  • Delivered

In addition, your customer service representatives will have the integrated tracking information at their finger tips on the view all orders screen. Having this data readily available will mean faster resolution of the customer’s shipping related inquiry. Whether the shipment is USPS, UPS or FedEx your customer service will have a unified view of the tracking information including as shown below:

StoreFront Theme Requirements
