Giving an Auto Order Customer One Free Item

If you want to give an auto order customer one free item on their next order so that they continue with your program, locate their order underSometimes merchants will give their auto order customers a "Free of Charge" order.  Sometimes that will encourage the customer to continue with the Auto Order program. If you want to do the same, here's how:

First:  locate their order by navigating to:

Search for the customer and then click That will place you at the AUTO ORDER SEARCH screen.  Enter your search criteria (Last Name, etc.,) and then click the Search button at the bottom.

edit on their record.  Enter zero for "Override Unit Cost" and then enter one for "Override Unit Cost for Next X Orders" as shown below.
