To create an order tied to an existing customer, click the Customer Search button at the top of the screen.
Enter some your search criteria and click the search button to find the customer. One or more listings (if found) will be displayed. Click to select the appropriate one.
Populate the fields:
Click the addresses button for either Billing or Shipping (see highlights below). Chose the appropriate address from the list that appears. If you know the address selected is applicable for the other (billing or shipping) simply click the copy to button located next to the addresses button. If you know the other address to be different, and click on the customer to activate them.
then click that addresses button and select the appropriate one.
