Amazon Payments fees for all online sellers who use Amazon Payments are assessed on a per-transaction basis. These fees are based on a percentage of the transaction amount plus a per transaction fee. The standard transactional rate is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for transactions more than or equal to $10. For transactions less than or equal to $9.99, the fee is 5.0% + $0.05 per transaction.
