Your Preferences
One of the benefits of using a robust system like UltraCart is the amount of flexibility you have to change it to fit the way you work. Our developers spend significant time working with merchants to find out what will make UltraCart function and there are a lot of features from those conversations that went into this area.
It is with this in mind that they came up with the Your Preferences Area. When you login to your UltraCart Account you will see an area in the top right of your Account Screens.

Menu Navigation
Once you've set your UltraCart account up you're going to find out that you only use a few of the areas for 80% of your time and the rest of them only every so often. Its different for every user as some will spend more time in Order Management, others in reporting, others in the Catalog area, but the point is that no matter where you spend your time, you can set the Navigation up so that the ones you use most are at the top of the list for you. You can either eliminate the other ones from your screen ( they will still exist, but you won't see them unless you are in the Your Preferences area), add submenus that won't show up unless you put them there, or simply reorder them so they work for you.
- You can drag and drop the menu items to reorder them so that your most used menu selections are readily accessibleÂ
- Click the "eye" icon to toggle hiding/displaying of a menu item.
- For menu items with sub menu selections (you'll see a triangle in the left side of the menu item), left-click the menu item to display the sub-menu.
- Use the "Reset Navigation Menu" if you wish to revert back to the default menu configuration.
