The catalog variation support requires jQuery 1.712.24. The generated form will automatically detect and include jQuery if it's not already on the page. The code should be backwards compatible with 1.4.2 which you may be using already on your site. load this script of the Cloudflare CDN. If you already have jQuery on your page you can remove the script tag that loads in jQuery.
