Customer records in StoreFront Communications can be created from any interaction where we learn the customer's email address such as an abandon cart scenario, signup to an email list, etc. An “Active” Customer is a customer that has some interaction with in the past 365 days.
An “Inactive” Customer is a customer that has not made any interaction within the past 365 days. Special Note regarding Campaigns:
Campaigns will only send out to email addresses of customers that have placed an order within the last 365 days. If you wish to send campaigns out to email addresses that are not from custoemrs customers in the past 365 Merchant s can setup a Mailgun.com account and configure it as a email sending domain. This will allow you to send out to any email address with desire. |
