The following StoreFront theme versions have a webchat element located in the footer element of your storefront, for the “sales” queue.
Navigate to the storefront in the UltraCart backend, then click the 'Browse Your Store'.
Click the 'Edit' button at the top of the page, to engage the Visual Builder, then scroll down to then click the hierarchy menu option in the right panel or scroll down the page to the footer section then when you have the footer highlighted, click the 'H' key to open the hierarchy view.
Then, in the hierarchy panel click the 'Footer' element to expand it and you'll see the 'Web Chat' element.
