In place of exposing the credit card details, UltraCart has introduce two new features that provide you, the merchant, the ability to generate additional payments to existing orders and also generate new orders, while adhering to the protections described in the previous paragraph.
VIRTUAL TERMINAL
The (virtual) terminal button located on the billing tab of the order editor allows you to apply additional payment transactions to an existing order.

2. BEOE Clone Order
The Cloning orders via the BEOE (back end order entry) is a powerful tool that makes the creation of new orders quicker and easier than the old method of manually entering order details to generate a new order for your customersquick and easy. There are two version of the clone tool for the BEOE: "beoe: clone order" & "beoe: clone w/out items". The difference is fairly self evident. The The first option clones the details of the original order including the same item contents, while the section second option clones from the original order without including the items from the original order items.
Below is the order above as it appears within the Back End Order Entry tool after clicking the "beoe: clone order" button.
With these tools, you'll no longer will you need to waste time gathering up CC details and then manually creating new orders from scratch. The virtual terminal and BEOE "clone order" feature allows you to accomplish your tasks much quicker and easier , while thus eliminating the inevitable typos and security risks that occur with gathering the CC data the old outdated way.
