Introduction

UltraCart now supports the ReferralCandy. ReferralCandy is a customer acquisition platform designed for ecommerce brands that enables businesses to launch and manage both referral and affiliate marketing programs quickly without requiring custom development . The platform helps online stores turn existing customers into brand advocates and partner with creators by offering flexible reward options including coupons, store credit, cash, or custom perks, while automatically tracking sales through referral links and coupon codes.

This short tutorial will guide you through the process of configuring ReferralCandy tracking on your StoreFront. The first pre-requisite is to make sure that you have gathered your Access Id and Secrety Key from ReferralCandy.com.

You will need to gather the following pieces of information from your ReferralCandy Account:

• Access Id

• Secret Key

Configuration

Once you have the these values, navigate to:
StoreFront → Privacy & Tracking → Other → ReferralCandy.

Enter the the values in the field shown below and then click on Save.

Open

At this point UltraCart will begin sending over server-to-server conversion information to ReferralCandy.

All of the logging of the communication with the ReferralCandy Conversion API will be visible within Integration Logs.
