Question: Where do I update my AI usage budget?
Answer:
1.To configure the UC AI Agent Budget, from the Main Menu click on ‘CRM’
Then in the ‘AI Agents’ section, click ‘Settings’, then click ‘Budget’.
Configure the ‘Monthly Usage Cap’ and the ‘Daily Usage Cap', then click the 'Update Budget’ button to complete the update.
To update the AI Report Builder and AI Dashboard Builder, navigate:
Main Menu --> Operations --> Reporting → AI Reports → ‘Create New Report’ → Settings (icon)
Click the Setting s icon to edit the Budget:
Budget Settings:
Configure the monthly budget then save.
