Configuring Deposco
Introduction
This guide explains how to configure Deposco Fulfillment within your UltraCart account. Deposco is one of UltraCart’s integrated fulfillment partners, enabling automated order transmission, shipping method synchronization, and item SKU mapping for accurate and efficient fulfillment.
Prerequisites
Before configuring Deposco:
You must have an active Deposco account with valid credentials.
Your UltraCart store must have at least one configured Distribution Center.
You must have access permissions to edit Shipping Configuration settings.
Step 1: Configure the UltraCart Transmission Mechanism
In the UltraCart back office, navigate to:
Main Menu → Configuration → Checkout → Shipping
Edit your Distribution Center.
From the middle menu, select Transmission Mechanism.
Choose Deposco from the dropdown list.
Enter your Deposco credentials in the provided fields:

Note: Be sure to save your changes after entering these credentials.
Step 2: Configure Deposco Custom Shipping Method Codes
Deposco requires all shipping methods to be mapped with specific custom codes.
Navigate to:
Main Menu → Configuration → Checkout → Shipping → MethodEdit an existing shipping method.
Select the Other tab and scroll down to Custom Shipping Method Codes.
Enter the corresponding codes provided by Deposco for each shipping method.
Warning: Missing or incorrect shipping method mappings can prevent successful order transmission.
Tip: Contact your Deposco account representative to obtain a list of valid shipping method codes.
Step 3: Configure Item SKU Mapping
If your UltraCart Item IDs and Deposco SKUs are identical, no further setup is required.
However, if they differ, you must map them manually:
Open the item in the Item Editor.
Navigate to the Fulfillment tab.
Specify the corresponding Deposco SKU for the item.
Note: All SKUs must match Deposco’s records for the integration to function correctly.
