Integrating Mailvio into your UltraCart account is quick and easy.

The only requirement is a Mailvio API Key.

 

  1. If you have not already done so, signup for an account.

  2. Obtain your API Key from inside of Mailvio. From your Dashboard, click API Details.

  3. Copy the API Key to your clipboard and paste it into the field in UltraCart.

  4. Click the Save button to save your API Key.

  5. Re-enter the Mailvio configuration screen and it will now display all your Mailvio Groups. You may select one or more groups for all subscribers to be enrolled in.

  6. You may also provide a comma separated list of tags for each subscriber. These are global tags.

  7. For each item, you may provide item specific groups and tags as well. Edit an item, click on the Other tab, then click on the Third Party Email Marketing vertical tab.

 

 

 

Logging of transmission between UltraCart and Mailvio

At the bottom of the Mailvio configuration page is a Log button which will provide details of the transmissions of the customer mailing list subscriptions to Mailvio. If you believe there is a problem with the subscriptions, this will be the first place to go to investigation the subscription activity.

Question: If I configure a (global group) and also configure the item level group, will the customer be subscribed into both groups or only the item level group?

Answer: The customer will be subscribed into both the global and item configured groups.
