This page serves as the primary login point for your UltraCart account. While you can also log in via UltraCart.com, this dedicated login screen offers a streamlined experience and often displays important announcements or updates. For quick and easy access, we recommend bookmarking this page:
To log in, simply enter your Username and Password into the respective fields. Click the blue Login button to proceed.
The Secure Code field is optional and is only relevant for merchants who have enabled the UltraSecure "one-time password" authentication for enhanced security. If you have UltraSecure enabled, enter the current OTP generated by your authenticator app in this field.
Upon successful login, you will be redirected to your UltraCart Home screen. The main navigation menu is located on the far left of the screen. You can verify that you are logged into the correct account by checking the Merchant ID (MID) displayed just above the main menu.
Login Troubleshooting
iCloud Login Issues on iOS Devices
This section addresses a specific issue that some users may encounter when accessing the UltraCart merchant login on iPhones or iPads.
Problem: iPhone/iPad repeatedly requires login.
Cause: This issue is often related to iCloud settings on your iOS device. If iCloud is enabled for Safari, it may frequently clear website cookies. UltraCart relies on cookies for maintaining secure login sessions.
Solution: To resolve this, you need to disable iCloud syncing for Safari:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on iCloud.
Locate Safari in the list of apps.
Slide the toggle next to Safari to the off position.
By disabling iCloud syncing for Safari, your UltraCart login cookies should be retained, preventing the need to log in repeatedly.
