Overview

The Individual Affiliate Reports from Affiliates tab of Affiliate Management area provides the merchant with options for generating various reports for a particular affiliate.

Navigation

Main Menu → Advanced → (Pop-out menu) Affiliate Management → Affiliates (tab)

The Individual Affiliate "reports" button appears as the middle button in the affiliates tab of the affiliate management area:

The Reports Page Form

Clicking the button for a particular affiliate will display the following page:

To generate a report, you'll configure the FROM and To dates, and select the REPORT TYPE from the drop-down list, then click the CHANGE button.

The following Report types are available:

Completed Transactions
Payments
Click History
Impression Entries
Landing Page
Referrer
Sub-ID

FAQ

Question: We are running reports for an affiliate for a single day. When we compare the "Completed Orders" and then compare it to the "Sub-Id" report, we are seeing a large discrepancy between the two reports (2 vs. 30) What accounts for the discrepancy?

Answer: The "Completed Orders" report provides the details only for orders that occurred on that day, whereas the "Sub-Id" report shows the ountcome of the clicks that occurred on that day. The reason for the difference betwen the two reports is that customers often click a link initiating a checkout, but then don't end up puchasing that day, but they end up coming back and completing their purchase a short period after the initial click through (usually 1-2 days later). The Sub-Id" report reflect that behavior.
