This tutorial will walk you through configuration of the Chargebacks 911 integration.

First navigate to Configuration → Order Processing → Chargeback Processing as shown below.

First configure your Chargebacks 911 API username, password and environment as shown in step 1 below.

Then click on the “new” next to merchant account profile as shown in step 2 above.

Give the merchant account profile a description and account number as shown in step one. These values are basically descriptive in nature and aren’t really used in the integration. For the transmission mechanism select Chargebacks 911 and then select from the drop downs the Chargebacks 911 account id and merchant id. These values will determine which Chargebacks 911 Account/Merchant ID combination orders will route to that use this Merchant Account Profile.

The final step is to associate the Merchant Account Profile with each of your transaction gateways. Navigate to Configuration → Checkout → Payments as shown below.

Click on “Rotating Gateways” as shown below.

Click edit next to each of the Rotating Transaction Gateways as shown below.

Scroll down to the selected gateway type and then configure the Merchant Account Profile associated with each card brand as shown below.

After you save the Rotating Transaction Gateway, the integration to Chargebacks 911 will begin sending information to them. You can monitor the integration using UltraCart’s Integration Log system.

After you upgrade your credentials from the sandbox to the production environment, make sure to edit each of the Merchant Account Profiles to select the proper Chargebacks 911 Account / Merchant ID values as well.
