The Customers tab of the Storefront Communications allows you to explore and review your customers.
Customer Status
Customer records in StoreFront Communications can be created from any interaction where we learn the customer's email address such as an abandon cart scenario, signup to an email list, etc.
An “Active” Customer is a customer that has some interaction with in the past 365 days.
An “Inactive” Customer is a customer that has not made any interaction within the past 365 days.
Special Note regarding Campaigns:
Campaigns will only send out to email addresses of customers that have placed an order within the last 365 days. If you wish to send campaigns out to email addresses that are not from custoemrs in the past 365 Merchant s can setup a Mailgun.com account and configure it as a sending domain. This will allow you to send out to any email address with desire.

If you are setting up your account UltraCart account from scratch, you’ll see an empty customer table:

Status | Shows either:

(View Customer) | Clicking the “eye” icon will open the customer profile of the customer, if one exists. |
Manually Subscribing Customers to Lists
You can Manually subscribe a customer to a list by clicking the hyperlinked number in the subscribed column of the customer list. You’ll be presented with a dialog window like this:
You can select a list from the drop-down list, and you also have an optional setting “Exclude from all current and future lists and segments”.
Global Unsubscribe
Globally Unsubscribe a Customer
If you need to unsubscribe a customer from all current and future contact, use the slider titled “Exclude from all current and future lists ans segments”.
NOTE: You can use this regardless of whether or not they are presently subscribed to any lists.
Viewing a Customer Profile
Clicking the “eye” icon in the customer list:
Will open the customer profile record of the customer, if one exists:
