Instructions For Reopening Account

To Reopen an Account, click the check box to the left of the prompt "Reopen Account". Then click the "Save" button.Log into your account then navigate:

Main Menu  → Configuration → Account

• Click the "Reactivate account"  button at the bottom of the page.
