Log into your account.
Once logged into your account, click on the "Account" link appearing in the menu of the Mad Mimi pages:

Once you have an account with them, the next step is to navigate to the UltraCart Marketing page and click on Mad Mimi in the "3rd Party Marketing" section of the page:
Next step will be the configuration of your Mad Mimi credentials:
You will most likely configure a default list to subscribe the customers into by configuring it in step three of the configuration page.
You may also choose configure lists to a specific item, when this is appropriate (see step 4 in the configuration page).
