Overview Tab
The Overview Tab will list all Your Current Tasks. The three different tasks that may appear here are:
- approve a new affiliate signup
- approve invisible links created by affiliates (text or image links are automatically approved).
- approve commissions for recent sales
Approve Signup
When an affiliate signs up you will see a task to approve their signup. Click the task as shown below.
The next page will display all of the affiliates signup information. If you want to approve the affiliate signup select the approve radio button and then click the process approvals and rejections button as shown below.

If you don't want to approve each signup, you can choose to automatically approve signups on the settings tab. |
Approve Transactions
As affiliates generate sales on your store the system will record transactions. By default you these transactions will be in a pending state. The merchant can review the transactions for fraud and either approve or reject them. When you have pending transactions the overview screen will display them like the screen shot below.
After you click on the link UltraCart will display all the pending transactions. By default the approve box will already be preselected.
Once the approve or reject decision is made click the Process Approvals and Rejections button at the bottom of the page.
Approve Invisible Links
Although there are 3 different kinds of links an Affiliate can create, only the Invisible Links will appear on the Overview Screen for approval. To review and process the invisible link, click on the "invisible link to approve" link as shown below.
You will be taken to the Invisible Link Review screen that will list all of the pending invisible links. Click the review button next to each one as shown below.
The details of the invisible link that the affiliate wants to use are displayed.
